Wondering about wandering in Venice?

Wandering the alleys and canals: We were in Venice for two days and were not satisfied. We enjoyed every moment in Venice and were left hungry. We wanted more from the city and everything that was said about it is true. magic! Happily, the kids also really enjoyed wandering around it and loved it. Just walk for hours leisurely through the alleys and canals, drink coffee in the squares, mess with the pigeons in St. Mark’s Square, watch the masked artists in Venice and the glassblowers in Murano in action. There is Venice of the day and there is Venice of the night and it is highly recommended to be both in the morning and at night. The amount of mileage we did on foot was amazing and our fuel was the gilto. We arrived in Venice on our first day in Italy in the afternoon. The city was not crowded with tourists at all and we just walked for hours on foot, in the alleys and between the canals, to feel it. And the clock, St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace. We saw the Bridge of Sighs and the dozens of gondolas cruising them, especially in the small side canals. We went into mask makers’ shops to see them in action.

Excellent apartment in Venice – Santa Marina 5888 B Rio del piombo in the heart of Campo Santa Marina in Venice:

Santa Marina 5888 B Rio del piombo Excellent apartment in the heart of Venice. Score 9.4 in booking. Two huge bedrooms, high Venetian ceilings, 2 bathrooms and toilets, kitchen, huge living room, dining area .. huge .. first floor without elevator, not terrible at all .. on the entrance floor of the building Coop neighborhood supermarket with regular prices and even bought a home A few things (excellent extra virgin cock oil at 4 euros, liquid soap with an amazing smell that was in the apartment and we found there and cost one and a half euros, a six liter of water and a half cost 2 euros per six) .. We did not cook in the apartment even though it was all facilities The family neighborhood cafe and every day we drank coffee there with pastries .. By the way, sometimes we bought fresh pastries in the morning also at the supermarket … The owner of the apartment was born there, a young and kind Venetian .. Communication with her was very efficient, fast and helpful … We are 6 in the family And I always take large and spacious apartments in the center of the pavilion, but I do not remember such a spacious apartment .. As mentioned, 20 seconds from the apartment there is a small mooring of boats and there we arrived the first evening .. We paid to the best of my recollection something like 1100 euros for 4 nights including 60 euros cleaning fee .. there was a deposit of 200 euros in cash that was returned at the end of the stay .. At first I closed 5 nights but because of EasyJet’s morning flight and the need to be in the field From half past one in the morning, I did not want to rely on the boaters in Venice and the last day we moved to an amazing hotel that has been there before and I have recommended it before .. Crowne Plaza Quarto d’Altino … Family suite of 2 rooms and two bathrooms about 240 euros but they have a shuttle Free at five in the morning from the hotel to the field and it is also worth about 100 euros which should be included 😊 ….
